First Floor Description

The first floor main entryway opens up to both the living room and guest bed one. Guest bed one has a king size bed and a full bath en-suite. Just inside the entrance is the historically preserved living room. Connecting to the living room is the open layout dining room with an expansive table that seats fourteen people. Next to the stairs heading towards the lower level is the office/library with powder room. Continuing towards the back of the first floor you will find the chefs kitchen and a mudroom. Just off the kitchen is the family room which has seating for dining, powder room, television, and a fireplace. Double doors in the family room lead to the outdoor patio with furniture, and a gas grill. The screened-in porch off the family room serves as another seating and dining option. To the side of the house is a large lawn and landscaped yard.

Second Floor Description

The second floor is comprised of both the master suite and guest bed three. The master bedroom has a king bed, television, and full en-suite bath. Guest bed three has two twin beds, and en-suite bath with a double vanity sink. Both rooms have ample closet space.
